Mate that was long announced when we are getting hikes the communications were very clear so don’t tell sufferings and all, everyone knows when we will be getting hikes so have some patience

Everyone knows... There was no formal communication, speaking from JL5 and below's perspective... They postponed the hike every time checking patience as the company was enjoying the profit and benefits, meanwhile the junior employees are getting nothing. If 2024's hike is given in Jan 2025 then how come its the hike of same year?
Today a meeting was conducted for my Unit members and hr told us starting from Tommorow hike letters will be released and this for Jl4&5. Eligibility will be whoever joined infosys on or before 31-12-2023 are eligible for the hike.

Nothing was clear.. it's just a strategy to keep the employee longing for a hike.. and extend few more quarter.
If it was clear atleast they should have glbl communication on eligibility criteria. So people will decide whether it's worth to wait or not.
This townhall and quarterly announcement are just to keep an employee active..
That’s true. If hike is delayed there should be accountability of company to update on the date and time. Even my mangers told that end week of jan hike letter will be there.
If the communication is not clear from the company then no one is discussion the hike related queries here.
Infy senior leadership is playing strategically they are giving hiking in alternate year
Whenever I ask about hike...that year my manager tells about on-site assignment..lol
