Duckcreek Technologies

Hi folks, so quick question i have been working as a duckcreek developer for the past three years , and honestly i like the work in billing but my main issue is salaries , idk much about higher levels but right now in other companies max they are offering is about 8-10 lpa this is worrying me, so does anyone know what range the salaries are in duckcreek and what do you think in long term about it?
