Trending @HCL; Dubious Internal Portals

Is it just me or HCL’s internal portals have really bad performance? I’ve joined about three months ago but haven’t received my full salary even after updating the Flexi portal yet. I well to apply for an RH, it did not let me do that entire last week and now it’s disabled. Most of the portals don’t work and it keeps your work hanging. I’m submitting feedback as well but people who are here for a while now, how are you even okay with all this?
