Dubai : Thought about moving

Fed up with work culture in india, I am thinking about moving to dubai. I have around 4.5 yrs of exp (MNC + Product based company, bangalore) in software development. I have degree from tier 1 college.

However, I don’t know anyone personally who has shifted to dubai. So, i have a tons of questions before i make up this decision.

1. How is work culture at tech companies there?
2. How is lifestyle there compared to bangalore?
3. How expensive is there? How much would I be able to save on average?
4. How is dubai treating you so far?
5. How hard is it to reallocate there with wife?

If you are working there, your opinions/inputs will be extremely valuable for me to make decision.
