Dubai - 24 hours later, it's like nothing happened

75 years since such a massive rain, and they turnaround in 24 hours?! We have it every year, we don't even have the expertise to get the water out in a week

It is money, yes (we have that too) But the dedication of Government of not tarnishing their image in the world, IMPRESSIVE!
