Idk why people are making fun of him, a lot of people doing dual jobs one as full and other as part time or freelance, if one is not getting enough money they can do other job it is their choice , if he is asking for advice you can give if you know, many people doing it silently and if one person asked why treating like they are doing sin ?

If you take others job salary as direct money without any payroll / or if the other company is not paying for your pf that will be considered as freelancing which is legal

Don't post such question , if you want to post them post in general grapwine group , as when u ask this with company name hr can consider it will for review and other employee of the company will suffer with more. New restrictions . U shoul understand the ethical before menting organisation name .
