Dual Employment

Hi,

I got an opportunity in an organisation, they are asking to join within 10 days but my notice period is of 1 month(no PF deductions in the current company).

Is it safe to do dual employment for 2-3 weeks??

If it will not show up in the EPFO portal, then maybe it is okay.

As soon as he absconds company will open a pf account as they have all his details already
