
DTDC - unreachable customer care and failed deliveries, Beware
I’m writing this after exhausting every possible way to reach DTDC. My shipment hasn’t been delivered even after the promised date. The tracking page shows misleading updates, the customer-care number is inactive, and emails go unanswered.
What’s worse — after checking online, I found dozens of similar complaints. It’s alarming how many customers are left stranded with no support or escalation channel.
As a paying customer, I expected transparency and accountability — not silence. I’ve now written directly to Mr. Subhasish Chakraborty, DTDC’s founder on linkedin inmail service but he is also not responding because there’s literally nowhere else to go.
It’s not just about one parcel — it’s about the trust that logistics brands are built on. I hope DTDC listens before more customers lose theirs.
