Trending @Accenture; DTCC contract role

Dear Mates, I have 10.7 years of experience (Oracle PL/SQL- 5 yrs, Snowflake and DBT-5 yrs). I’m currently a full-time employee at Accenture(Level 8) with 20 LPA fixed and 5.6 LPA variable I recently received a contract based offer from DTCC via Fstone with a fixed pay 30 LPA. As I’m new to contract roles, I’d appreciate your insights on the pros and cons on it. I’m also curious if DTCC offers full-time conversion opportunities for good performers. If so, am interested in joining.pls suggest
