Trending @Infosys; DSS CTC structure

If there are any DSS here through bridge ,can they mention how the CTC is structured as there will be monthly and quarterly allowances,are they part of the CTC?

I heard the increase will be around 3 lakhs ( combined allowances) but different opinions on the structure. Any inputs (a snapshot of the CTC id allowances are listed ) will greatly help.
