Trending @Infosys; DSE L1 to SP through Bridge program

If somebody cleared PP bridge program as a DSE L1 with package 9L. What would be the expected role? L1 or L2? What will be the hike that we can expect? I have 2 years and 10 months of experience?

Nothing significant. Stick with DSE and ask for L2. Or complete Bridge Training, resign and ask for SP L2. Don't hope that they'll give you what you deserve, it's all a scam.

My bridge training was completed recently on March 13th. And I was allocated to the project without staying on the bench. They are saying we will get a role change letter in this quarter. Anything to add?
