Trending @Infosys; DSE L0 to L1.

Anyone promoted from L0 to L1 DSE, I am L0 with current CTC 7.1 lpa. How much of a hike can I expect once I get promoted to L1? And are there any benefits that L0 does not have?

2-3% hike on 7.1 + a monthly allowance of 6875 + 10% of new base as performance bonus. There was an incentive which is removed now as the company wants to keep the tax benefit the government gave us in their own pocket.
