So i have been working for 4 years now (data engineer and scientist) and havent been enjoying much. Thinking of finally grinding and getting into better company. PLEASE suggest resources for DSA grind which are currently trending and most optimised.

Irrelevant to your post but seeking guidance If given a chance to start your career again would you still enter DE?

Yes DE is very fun to me . I really like the concept of data and how its used in real world solutions .

Follow his DSA sheet and use his videos

Neetcode, pepcoding are good as well. Use all of them for DSA

Good luck. Also, never buy or pay for anything to learn DSA. Everything you'll ever need is available for free to learn on the internet. Put time and effort alongside upskilling in your field of interest and it'll be worth it
