Dry/NoHike Promotions

I don't think there will be dry promotions.

Emp1 SE 4 lakhs to ITA to FY26(4% hike) = 4.16 lakhs

Emp2 SE 3.8 lakhs to FY26(4% hike) and ITA(15%) in FY26 = 4.54 lakhs

Emp2 who is junior gets more package than Emp1, else they have to normalise the package along with band hike.

Open to thoughts. I had some free time :-p
