Trending @Capgemini; Dropping Paper without offer?
Hlo Folks, I've 4 years of experience and Current CTC is 5 lpa. I'm planning to drop paper and searching for the job in last 30 days. I've already tried for an interview but no one is accepting a 90 days Notice. I've already prepared well and have enough emergency funds to handle my responsibilities even if things goes wrong for at least 5 months after notice. I don't have any EMI. I know I'm underpaid but I'm still hesitating to do this? Please give your suggestions or experience on the same. Tech stack : RPA, UiPath

I couldn’t disagree more from the above comment, you are finally waking up from your slumber. The more you stay in CG the more it will hamper your career, you have to be serving notice period and have a fixed final date in your mind so that you can plan your future accordingly, staying here in CG has not given you anything, so please believe in yourself and take the next step, in your last 5 weeks of notice period you will get atleast 2 offers, mark my words.

I have similar feeling. But can we know in bit detail why you said "The more you stay in CG the more it will hamper....."
Your views will definitely help many in case you are a long timer in CG

Resigning without good offer is not advisable. Most of the IT companies have same notice period and you will find a company where they will accept the notice period. Just keep on working to enhance your skills along with this job.

No you won't get calls even the service based companies with 90days NP won't be accepting the 90days... Take the risk, don't stay in your comfort zone, come out , challenge yourself, more you postpone ,more you regret.

My suggestions are based on my personal experience. I received two offers from other organizations—one from a service-based company and another from a product-based company. However, after I submitted my resignation, I was retained by CG.

I think its a better option , If you are well prepared them you can go for it. Stay at same place without any growth is not advisable.

3 months of notice period is definitely a drawback. The only companies who would hire with such long notice periods are other service based organisation. Very few product based company hires for such long notices. If you have saved enough funds to sustain yourself for the next 6 months then it’s fine to put down paper and search. Otherwise it’s an extremely risky move but, it can also be fruitful. Stay cautious.

Feeling sad 5lpa

Yeah, 90 day np is problem. Recruiter first asking for np and after hearing 90 days they are not taking interviews also. Even I am also facing this issue.

Wishing you the very best. Hope you will receive an offer soon.

Sweet spot to take the risk✌🏼 You seem to be well planned with the emergency fund. Go ahead champ, wishing you great opportunities ahead💯
