Drive for geting all employess at E0 for GenAI course seems to be scam

My manager said that since I haven't done this GenAI course that's why I received c band.

Joining the dots and sequence. CEO announces publicly that all are at E0 and then this drive across the projects to get it done.

E0 or E2, the ievolve competency is a shit 😂. I have seen people do a few hours of Gen AI courses and achieve E0 and put it in their resume like developing a whole model by themselves 😂. I have a couple of E2's which I don't even care about.

Well, at this point all the elevate wings and MLT seems like a scam. Its just a means of gathering data and publishing that TCS has enployees who excel in these technologies. I mean look at the fresco play courses. They want us to grind fresco play courses to get Udemy access.

If we put all these facts together then it’s a scam. This linked-in GenAI course owner is promoting his business via these channels and nothing else.
