What's the time in TCS instead of focusing on Quality deliveries they are checking who is wearing Formal shirt pant TCS underwear bla bla..
Waah kya rule hai , Ean Hr dept ko koun samjhaye ki developer suit built main nhi rehte hain..
I feel like one more stone on the grave. Already juniors are leaving tcs in mass due to panic situation created during layoff. Bringing such stupid rules and making it strict will make more juniors to leave.
Remove Upper management first , TCS need a big overhaul and people from Development domain should be given charge to lead organization now fresh ideas and policies for next Gen delivery.
Similar Incident also happened with me . I was Swaping out and Hr asked me are you swipping in swipping out only . He dropped a mail to my HR and currently escalation is going on. Hr is taking my past swipping details. Don't know what's next.
