Dress code - TCS Policy
My manager is strictly asking me to get my beard clean shaved. I don't have long beard it is hardly 2-3cms, he is threatening that he will escalate to HR, and put me on pip.
What to do?
Have tcs started Hotel management now🤣..if not then he is making fool.Ask him to send a mail and mention the same, then see how that coward will not even ping you un necessary 🤣
There is no clause for beard, ask him in writing,else escalate to HR
I go to the office like a Junglee! Never compromise on your behaviour. Do what you like! Polish your skill like nobody else then nobody will give shit about your dress, work hours, look etc.
Maybe he's jealous of your beard cause he can't grow it.
I had beard good and long often. I seen people having it. So no issue. If he ask again it, get in written mail.
Strange .. today he is asking to clean shave beard... Tomorrow pubic hair then 🤣
Tomorrow they will decide dress code for you like salesman. Will you accept it?
