Trending @Infosys; DQ score not updated

Hi, I have done one of the certification and it's not reflected to DQ score and I raised the request and HR says that it's not my primary skill so it won't get reflected so what should I do now please suggest Also I have one question: if we complete courses will that increase DQ score? How to gain DQ score?
