Trending @Infosys; DQ Points Not Credited for Completed Lex Certifications

I successfully completed 5 Lex certification exams, all mapped to my skill roles, and qualified on 15th July. Although the certifications show as Completed, the corresponding DQ points have not been credited even after more than a month.

Could someone guide me on how to raise a ticket for this issue related to Lex and DQ score? Specifically, what navigation path and category should be selected on InfyMe for raising this request? Tell me from scratch.
