Downfall of TCS
1.Why TCS taking Bus fare from own employee ? 2.Why TCS increasing bus fare yearly? 3.Why washrooms are always smelly and dirty ? 4.Why in every project ,Politics are there? 5.Why hardworking Employees get C band and senior employees who do politics everyday gets A band?
Too much dirty politics in TCS.All Hard working will leave soon.
TCS will never have a downfall. They are hiring freshers in lakhs to replace the mid level work force. The upper management would seek out for new markets. Like ai, low code no code, new emerging tools. They also have business unit for cloud and cloud related tools. It will always have customers because of it good price point. There will be high attrition which will be easily fixed mass hiring.
Fire managers and then hire freshers , that's the best strategy .. amazon firring 14k managers across globe
If there is low code no code then there is no need for an IT guy. If you give KT or training to BPO/Non-IT guy they'll take care😂 😂 😂. It'll atleast take minimum of 10 years of time to replace a technical IT guy and it might extend another few years. If it goes like this people will only have knowledge about using the tools and they'll forget how to create the tools. 😂 😂 😂

8) Not even getting 30% of QVA for the C3 band people who maintains 100% office hours.
9) No QVA, if you don't maintain office hours. 😂 😂
10) Toxic HR's. One will approve and got switched to another project and the new one will Rejectthe approvals given by previous HR's.
11) Don't blindly join by the name "Job Security". Wherever you go you'll have to do the same work.

TCS having 6L associates out of which only 1.2 L associates are working rest all are passing time, TCS should think of optimizing the resource load and paying the good associates well before they leave due to these 4.8 L useless associates.
