Trending @Cognizant; Downfall of Cognizant Youth

Cognizant becames the top company for wasting youth. Seniors not guiding their Juniors, becomes the main reason for the downfall of the youth.

My situation: Almost after 2 years in cognizant I finally had an opportunity to be included in a project. I got a project with only one senior in my team and he is the worst. Why ? Here's why - Every project has its own flow for their applications and processes, without proper understanding no one can truly start working in. I have been given 3 applications having 3 different flows. My Senior rather than helping me, keeps on blaming me for all the process oriented work I don't know for. He tells me once vaguely and expects me to connect the dots and remember everything like a book, that is not possible if there's a lot. If I ask him again or try to confirm with him he says the things as if I'm pathetic for not remembering and threatening me with my YEA reviews. These days I really feel depressed and coming into an era where cognizant forcing our employees out left and right, things are not looking bright for cognizant youth.

Bad seniors really end few people's carries, I came to cognizant to learn for the love of coding and wanted to grow to heights, but cause of unfortunate circumstances the inner believer is dead.
