Trending @Capgemini; Doubts regarding offer letter

I got offer from CG and in first line there is mention that they are offering on probation basis . What is that mean .
Please check once screenshot . Just wanted to confirm if everyone got same offer.
Their will be two Annexure's if I am not wrong ...one will pay you until 6 months (probation)..Second Annexure is paid after 6 months.
This is done only when you clear your L1 Examination after the Training, if you are a fresher
Just confirm before joining the client round complete (allocates project) or not otherwise inside of your not get into project they will release after 3+ months at any time.
Ohh is it ? Actually I have joined last to last week but yet to get project and not getting interview call also .
This is a company policy, whenever an employee joins they are kept in probation period, meanwhile the company does its due diligence with background verification and all. There is no problem or threat for the employee as such if the background is clear. The manager can even end the probation period much prior to the said months.
