Doubts on new salary
HR said my CTC will be 30 lpa where it will be all fixed except pf and gratuity. But this salary offer looks a little tilted to me... Are they tricking me based on taxes and reimbursements or what? What can I ask them to adjust in this?
Actually the way they have structured it, this is much better for you. That way you ll get more in hand, though you have to submit bills like wifi/postpaid and any other deductions mentioned. Best is to check what is your max bill and ask them to adjust to that amount only. Also you can ask for food voucher like Sodexo etc, they are also tax free
