Doubt with Offer letter

I recently got an offer letter from citibank They have mentioned the flexibile component as 3.6 L in the offer letter What does it include , is it just the taxable income ? Please clarify.

It is not taxable income, provided you submit proofs. It will most likely include LTA, driver salary, fuel bills, mobile/wifi bills.
