Doubt Regarding Self-Transfer
What documents are needed for a self-transfer, and who will approve it?
I am a fresher at TCS and have been with the company for the past 11 months. I am requesting a transfer due to my anxiety, depression, and loneliness. By January 31st, I will have completed one year at TCS, so I am planning to initiate a self-transfer through Ultimatix.
Generally they expect you to complete 1.5-2 years before you can initiate transfer. However, if you already have ODC and team members working from desired location, you can discuss with your manager to get transferred. It will be difficult if there's no ODC. Good luck and take care! Actually I connected with one of the person in our project who is working bangalore location, he said that there is no ODC for our project, so he is working in general ODC.
I am also not working in any new technology or learning anything useful which market demands. I am also thinking to submit resignation
