Doubt regarding Resignation

I joined TCS as a fresher. According to their policy, if I quit before completing one year, I need to pay 50k. I am currently in my 9th month. If I quit now and serve the 3-month notice period, I will have completed 12 months. In this case, do I still need to pay the 50k?
