Doubt regarding rescheduling reporting date

Hello folks , I raised a transfer request which is all approved now but the issue is , the reporting date is 31st oct , ik it’s too dumb but any way my doubt is if I reschedule it will it take back me to start like all approvals and all , or just a date change .
