I have joined Accenture on sep 2024, and been in the project since Dec 2024. Cleared techleap as well, having positive feedback with AM & lead. P3 proficiency in primary skill. Is there any possibility to get promotion in the next cycle?And when is the next cycle??

You are eligable for March Cycle but don't take it for granted, it depends on your project budget and DU Lead
