Doubt regarding Job Switch in future

Hi All, I am Graduate from SRCC Du, Currently searching for apt roles in finance/Ib but I'm getting offers for the role of Sales/founder office/operation etc. Just want to know how difficult is to get jobs in entry level IB domain if I move after working in non fin roles like sales or founder office. I am seeking to earn cfa charter in 3 year and I have no plans of doing 2 year mba and Want to do executive mba from reputed college after having considerable work ex. As of now I'm not getting IB,core finance opportunities so I'm thinking if i can work 1,2 years in a early age startups as founder office in non finance role but I reckon Will I be able to switch to finance roles later ? as I would not have any exp in that.
