Doubt regarding hike letter upto grade C2

Those who did not receive a hike or were put on hold in the August/September cycle due to a low WFO index—if they achieve a WFO of more than 85% in the subsequent quarter, will their hike letter be released?

Hike is only for boot lickers not hard working employees. Better to switch or get a master degree in ofc politics from some good college.

No one is getting any hikes whether you work hard or not, so don't worry just keep getting allocated and enjoy peacefully without any financial hopes if you are in TCS.
