Hi all, I wanted to ask one thing. I am tagged with Client till 31/12/24 as per jobsgateway.
Most probably they will extend my roll off date because they are rolling off senior members heavily.
I tagged 4 months back with this client. But still I have no task. So, I wanted them to not extend my roll off date. Now I started getting some tasks from this week. If I don't work because I don't have knowledge as well as interest in SAP. Then What can they do ?
Will they roll me off from the projects or will they ask me to resign ?
If you don't work, they'll likely roll you off. They won't ask you to resign, but your reputation will take a hit. Shape up or ship out.
Hey, I want to work, but not in SAP, I ask them already to give me a coding project but they are not doing it. I don't have interest and knowledge in SAP.
I want to make a career in Software Development not in the SAP functional role where I have to work on software to make the bills of the clients.
