Is it possible that somehow I got released from the project then I will be on the bench for sure and the Notice Period in bench is appx of one week so then I can join a company without serving 3 month of Notice Period ??

If you are a critical resource and they have invested time in training you it will be difficult to take a release. Did you discuss it with your manager?
