While switching company, will the recruiter see total years of experience in company from DOJ ? or will see the real hands on work experience in project ?
Becos I was in bench for 6 months initially.so can I fake it that I had 2 years of project work experience but in truth I have been in Accenture 2 years and project experience is 1 year 4 months only.
Will they do background check whether am completely 2 years worked in project & cancel my offer ?
They do verify that and they will get to know. It happened with me and Iost my job.
They will not know about your bench time since no company tell about there projects or in accenture language there client accounts details
They won't be able to know abour bench, show experience only
No! They can’t verify that if you were on bench or not. They’ll ask about the projects and your role in that particular project. You need not to mention about the bench period
