Will I be automatically promoted from C12 to C11 after 2 years at Accenture?
No, it is a promotion. Unless there is a new role available and you will have to prove you are worth for it. Else, you will stay at cl12 and the promotion from 12 to 11 is not automatic.
Don't spread wrong info , if u r not aware of it , it's the starting stage for CL12 they will be worried.
Wrong info? I'm a level 9 and I have processed a few promotions in my tenure. It is a completely different process. I'm interested to know from you otherwise.
The current standard they are following is 2 yrs+few months(at least 2/3months). Once that just send mail to your lead n manager asking for default promotion. If it's near the promotion cycle n your manager takes a stance for you , you will definitely get promoted.
Yes that is defaut , but post that they give 5,6%hike
