Double digit hike is scam and dream in TCS 2024 for C band its 1.2 percent Hike. Inside TCS betrayed in hike and outside Paid media says something else, TCS is offering double digit hike
TCS sucks. After Shri Ratan Tata Ji, I guess the company will be the worst and brand value will also go down. Hire and Fire policy will be implemented soon. It's becoming worse.
What can Ratan Tata do?!! The PR and social media has made this persona of him as if he is some saint, he is not worth that much praise. He is a typical money minded corporate dynast, all this done so he and his family can have money for generations.
TCS profits have single handedly carried the Tata Sons for decades now. So yes, we TCSers are paying all the charity this guy is doing.
Even they are earning tax benefits from charity. I think their soon protest for TCS . Such a bad.. even worst company, they talk for values, but they themselves don’t have any.
It's not a scam. People have gotten double digital. But got in a negative like -15% for D band 😂. The new management really consists of some shit heads trying to make TCS a hell.
Here in tcs loyalty doesnt work...they are making us fool..they do donation, social activities thts fine...bt here your employees are suffering with less increment. We wait for entire year..work hard to get better in life but no..every year same story.. They gave 12L package for 2yrs experiance person..but who is working more than 7 year they gave 9L pkg...just not acceptable. Pls tcs just have a look what your employees are saying about you and do some changes.
