Double digit hike % is NOT a big expectation, it's a bare minimum MANDATE !!!

Couple of resources from my team have sent resignation notice this week end despite of that they have got B band last 3 years.

They have resigned and not found the job yet ! They will loose few months salary for sure but would be in a better professional place getting appropriate salary !

Only triggering problem for them is that they just got 4.5-5% of hike last 3 years with 30% is regularly robbed by Union Govt as well. Out of all, this work from office expectation from CEO ? So terrible!!!

How can we expect one to manage more than 20% inflation with 5% hike ? Hike should always be more than educational & medical inflation for that year, else no point in continuing the job !

More resignation to come in upcoming months and Kritivasan would be fired for sure within this year by the board of directors ! Let's just wait and watch the game !!!

This company is least bothered about employees. In 2023 they increased insurance premium by 50% citing additional hospitalization claims received during covid. This year when there is no covid they did not bother to reduce premium but said due to inflation we are now introducing 10% co_pay

When giving out hikes they see no inflation

Tcs ne kb kha we will compensate as per inflation rate bdhayege they said double digit hike that also known who got it
