Double digit hike for A band and >=4.5 IPF rating?

Is it true that associates who get A band and 4.5 and above IPF rating in Annual appraisal process would get double digit hike in TCS?

Firstly IPF has no direct relation with band and zero relation with hike. Secondly, Till date I haven't heard anyone getting double digit hike without promotion.

Even for promotion, the maximum you will get is 15%.

People say that those who got consecutive A bands will get 10% or above sometimes during appraisal. But personally i have never seen anyone.

Only for Anniversary year, you can expect 10 percent hike... From next year if you get 4.5 and A band, you can expect 7 to 8 max

There is no hikes for anniversary year from last year onwards. They stopped giving any hike for anniversary
