Double digit hike 🤩

Nope. Thats not the case. I got 12% hike and I had a chat with Project Manager in this. So on SPEED, the band distribution is like A, B, C, D. But there is one more band; A+ which is not visible on SPEED and it is sent separately by project manager to higher ups. So People with A band get around 8-9% hike but people with A+ will get 11-12% hike.

So the 12% you are talking about here, must have received A+ grade but his SPEED is showing A
