It's your personal phone so nobody can force you to install anything. Tell them that your phone does not have space. Let them buy you a phone. Also if nothing works, there are apps that can fake a GPS location. In android you can enable this from developer options.

This is correct nothing should be on our phone, if they can pay for device then only install else tell them your phone doesn't have space.
