No company gives respect your values!it's all money that matters,if you bringing money that matters!some of the layoff were brilliant 3-4 yr people who were working in the most exciting technologies like Cloud AI,Python,Salesforce but since they were young and RMG did not co operate they were shown the door!
You might be practically right, but idealogically as per definition & Ethical principles & real policies what I have put is the right method. While some heads speak of employees disengagement, skill gaps, etc, we have rights to point out, get clarified of the real cons of IT industry specifically top management's cruel involvements & initiatives all around. Ideally employees words should be heard, but always the Managers/HR whom speak principles according to their own set of customised self framed rules are given powers here
Many companies offer cab service for free where pay and benefits are highest, can you see here ? How they will work with what in hand while only layoffs are given as a benefit for hard working individuals may it be whomsoever or whatever position or hierarchy?
