Don't understand the hiring team mindset

I have total 15 years experience and 10 years in same company in 3 different teams and got awards and my photo is on wall of one of the office. When I am trying to switch internally, I get interviewed by juniors and they ask me to open notepad and write program not even IDE. As I am full stack they search in Google about all difficult questions and ask me to write syntax without IDE. One time a guy asked me to write a Angular functionality in 5 mins that too after writing all Java related programs. And other guy wanted me to write linux commands on the go. This is really frustrating seeing own company doing it for employees. I never get a single senior who can take me tech interview, I don't know what is happening , may be people like us just leave this company instead of this bullshit I feel.
