I have been here from past 5 years in salesforce technology and i got only one promotion till today. Finally i resigned in accenture and asking to allow early release so that i could get some interviews getting scheduled, intentionally these guys not allowing. Now im left with 2 months notice. Lets c how my luck been decided 🥲

Hey, I understand your situation. I am in same boat as well.

I have 3 years of experience. I have also resigned and currently only few days left.

I am interviewing with 5 different organisations as of now and have one offer already.

When I had resigned 3 months ago, I was also unsure but I had confidence in my skills and cleared every interview I had appeared for.

I would say that trust in your skills and take a leap of faith! If you are deserving you will definitely a good offer!

You shouldn't stay in a service based company for even a week if you have the choice.

Every day you spend in a service based company you are harming your career. Might sound harsh but that's the harsh reality. Not only the work is below average in most cases but also you are paid way below industry standards.

And I forgot to add. If you are dumped into a support project then that's like 100x worse for your career.

There is a girl in my team who left her previous support project only to get another support project and join here.

Don't lose hope, I'd say, I was in a similar situation, 3.5 yrs in Accenture, resigned without any offer letter, within 1 month cracked 10 offers, 6 from service, 4 from product, cracked 3 out of Big 4 as well.

Just hang in there, keep your profiles updated, apply everywhere, send cold emails, get referrals, prepare yourself well for the interview.

Godspeed.

Pro tip: whoever calls you, tell them your notice period is negotiable, after getting the offer, you can negotiate the notice period by making some excuse.

Go confidently, you can crack the interview buddy. Prepare hard, If you waste another year or two, it won't be worth it.
