Don't request for c3b promotion as it won't have hikes

Even C3A’s are also not getting decent QVA. So, what’s the point?
It doesn’t make any difference at all. If there’s no hike, then no point of being promoted.

I went through the conference call transcript and they didn’t mention about dry promotions. Only thing defers is hike. Certainly there was a point from management that July and Jan are the promotion cycles for c2+ and for juniors it’s every quarter. And I hope that remains as it is.

Coming to promotional growth in monetary terms is negligible or negative if your package is high.
