Don't mentor Juniors and newly on boarded

If TCS management thinks they can replace the seniors with less experience and less package resources , let's not train and give handovers to them.

Once they screw up, the shitface CEO, COO and CHRO will realise their folly

Do not create any KT repository, documentation and recordings.

This is the worst advice ever, they are not the reason behind all this message, it's only the management greed. Think like what would happen to you if your seniors also thought of doing the same when you were a new joinee.

At the moment this is about survival. Your family will suffer, your children will suffer if you act naively

I do agree with you sir and the author but it should be a balance. Just teach them the bare minimum. Dont go above and beyond. Just do the bare minimum based on how you are treated and what you are paid.

I just joined TCS it's been 11 months. I understood completely now, why I am not getting any proper responses from my seniors. It's very easy for us to get into another job. But for you guys who are having this mindset never fit other than TCS. good luck in your survival strategy.

Are freshers even being trained and given KT in the first place? And even if your team has only experienced members, then also you are responsible and accountable for the ownership you had undertaken. You are bound to give KT and handover to members senior than you as well.
If you think freshers are eating your job then maybe skill up dude rather than posting illogical things.

Why is someone bound to give kt if they are being replaced. 2 to 3 freshers Or less salaried person will do the job.everyone has to look for himself

The great and important question that even tcs management asking for every tcser is "why you are in tcs? "
So the time is " make habits of switching companies and try to learn new technologies and make it habbit and keep continue giving interviews if want to do """naukari"""

Don’t leave your current project. After 2026, that will no longer be the case. It’s just a cleanup, like how we clean our home to get rid of waste materials.

Never give 100% KT in any situation to any junior. Teach 50%. Else, you are building your own replacement.
