Trending @HCL; Don't know why manager feels that they are paying my salary

Had multiple encounters with managers when they say something like

It's only 8:00 PM he must be awake. He/She is bachelor what he will do. He/She MUST be available at weekend for work. Rejecting claims multiple times. Or saying You should finish this before leaving You should be there at 8:00 am This is required urgently.

And if you deny anything, I will see you.

All these phrases are showcase of your poor planning/ your poor competency why am I being held responsible for that.

You are not paying my salary the Company I joined is. Assuming that being a boss means you own me tada wake up.
