Don't know what to do

Hii I joined in tcs as a fresher in May 2024.untill October Iam on bench . Now I allocated for a project which is most probably development role . currently I'm undergoing training . We are learning android in our training . Is it better idea to switch after one year with 1 yoe in android ? Any suggestions to switch for better package or is it good to give a attempt to wings 1 exam ?
