Don't know what I am doing wrong

My day starts at 7 . I wake up prepare breakfast and get ready to leave for office by 9. By 10 am i login and work till 7:15 reach home by 8 . Little bit of phonecalls with my parents and then I take dinner by 9:30 and then I scroll a little bit of phone and start feeling sleepy until I actually sleep by 10:30. This is the vicious loop I am struck in and I don't even know where my day is gone. What can be the reason am i sleeping too much or something else??

Same bro. I can't fall asleep till 2am. Struggle is real. I try so hard to fix it but it gets messed up within a weak. I envy people who can fall asleep soon

Gym is a great way to socialize, if not take up yoga or get a cult pass.

If you don't want any to do any physical activity take up something you enjoy - dance, pottery, drama - something.

With how you are progressing you'll be burntout soon

I wake up at 8am, take office meetings from 8:30-9:30 then commute to office and start office by 10:45ish till 9:30pm. Then come back home by 10:15. Dinner by 11pm. Sleeping around 2am.🥺
