Don't keep expectation in Tcs

I am in TCS since 3 yrs now joined on Oct :2020. After completing my anniversary I should get hike but , unhone policy hi stop kardo thise who are completing their Anniversary after July'21. So no hike in year 2021, in year 2022 no very impressive they told it will be combining your anniversary and appraisal so I was excited,but got peanut shells. Same story in ,2023 . On the other hand I am on having Snowflake Skills so currently open to work and accepting interviews.

Please pray for me to clear the interview so that I can leave TCS as early as possible.
