Trending @Infosys; Don't join infy ever ever guys

I joined in Infy 2024, but when I saw projects not good and no benifits of anything, no learning level, no communication with other. No Hike even after many years. Variable very less , they are giving without connection you.

If you want to leave then for infy it's fine as there are thousands of people outside who are interested to join and replace you.
Accenture cognizant Capgemini are much better
Yeah they did same with me eventually the managers became so toxic that I was not able to bear the toxicity and I left. Now a lot of burden has been released since I am on notice period.
I joined Infy in Jan 2022. I got my first hike after 3 years of joining. Tbh, if your ratings are consistently commendable/outstanding then only Infosys will consider you a serious employee like this is what I have observed. My suggestion is to switch asap as upcoming time will be difficult for you in Infy.
I too feel so as they don't have quality and core technical projects.
The disappointment for any aspirant can be understood. Im not supporting infy anyways but your claim is not really prominent asyou thought. You joined in 2024 and saying not getting hike after many years. It's just 1 year and generalising... People really struggling for many years who joined in 2022 or before. Patience and perseverance needed if you want to make differnece
